category includes undergraduate and graduate students. A letter of
endorsement of the supervisor is required. |
Note: It is not possible to pay by credit card. In order to keep the fee as low as possible (very
low and identical to the 2007 Vienna's Meeting), we cannot afford to pay
credit card companies any percentage of the conference fee.
Participant and student registration includes:
- Admission to the scientific sessions and exhibitions
- Conference kit (Book of Abstracts including Abstract of Oral and
Poster presentation, Scientific Program, Delegate bag)
- Coffee/tea during the conference breaks
It is not expected that accompanying persons will attend scientific
sessions. Their registration fee includes the social excursion (but not the social dinner),
and enables the registrant to stay at
Villa Igiea Hilton during the
conference as well as to take part in the coffe-break.
Please remember that accompanying persons need to register at the
registration desk and get their nominal badge.
Payment
All
payments for the congress must be made in Euro. Registration forms must be
followed by appropriate remittance, otherwise registration will not be
accepted. Payments
must be made in full and can be made (in the order of preference) by
- Bank
transfer (wire transfer, free of charges for the recipient)
- On site payment (cash; specially suited for delegates facing currency
issues in their country)

IMPORTANT:
Please, quote in the bank transfer the Congress name (FIGIPAS 09), your
name or the Institution/Company name as your reference, as this will
enable us to identify the money when it is received.
A receipt will be
forwarded after having received the registration fee, as confirmation of
registration.
On Site payment
Registration on site is also possible and
will take place at the conference desk. In that case, the fees applied are
those valid since March 31st (except for delegates from countries whose
currency is not yet convertible in Eur). If you wish to pay on site, please

Conference delegates are encouraged to register at the conference desk
already on June 30th, namely one day before the conference start.
The registration desk is located at the entrance of the Villa Igiea
Hilton Plenary Hall.On June 30th, the conference desk will open at 9 am and will close at 8 pm.
During all the conference days the registration desk will open at 8
am and close at the end of the working day.

Accommodations for participants will be guaranteed until June 10, 2009.
After this date, registration is still possible,
but availability of some accommodation facilities cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation and Refunding
For cancellation before April 30, 2009, 80% of the fee paid will be
refunded. Cancellation after this date will result in forfeiture of
the registration fee.
