Registration to FIGIPAS 2009

Online Registration

Those wishing to attend the congress are kindly requested to complete the following online registration form.

The registrant will shortly be contacted with details to complete registration by payment of the conference fee. A receipt will be forwarded after having received the registration fee, as confirmation of registration.

Accommodations for participants will be guaranteed until June 10, 2009. After this date, registration is still possible, but availability of some accommodation facilities cannot be guaranteed.

*This category includes undergraduate and graduate students. A letter of endorsement of the supervisor is required.

Participant and student registration includes:

  • Admission to the scientific sessions and exhibitions
  • Conference kit (Book of Abstracts, Scientific Program)
  • Coffee/tea during the conference breaks
  • Welcome coffe and light lunch on July 1
  • Half day tour on July 1
  • Social dinner on July 3

It is not expected that accompanying persons will attend scientific sessions. Their registration fee includes welcome mixer, the conference's dinner and the social program.

Payment

All payments for the congress must be made in Euro. Registration forms must be followed by appropriate remittance, otherwise registration will not be accepted.

Payments must be made in full and can be made (in the order of preference) by

  • Bank transfer (wire transfer free of charges for the recipient)
  • On site payment (cash)

Cancellation and Refunding

For cancellation before April 30, 2009, eighty percent (80%) of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after this date will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.

* Reservation and changes are possible until June 10, 2009. After this date registration is still possible, but availability of some accommodation facilities cannot be guaranteed.
