Delegate registration and Access to the Conference

Registration will take place directly at Villa Igiea Hilton at the conference desk located at the entrance of the Plenary Hall (picture on the right).

To avoid unpleasant crowding, delegates are strongly encouraged to register on June 30th. The conference desk will be opened from 9 am through 8 pm.

Please reach the Hotel on foot, by bus or taxi and kindly register. Registration will be very fast as 95% of delegates have already paid their conference fee by wire transfer.

Delegates will thus be given the conference kit and the social dinner and excursion tickets (the latter tickets depending on whether they ordered so).

A limited number of social dinner and excursion tickets will be on sale to last-minute registrants (payment only by cash). However, no lunch tickets will be available for sale to delegates who have not pre-registered.

The conference desk will be open each of the conference days since 8 am through the end of the day's working sessions.

Access: Always Wear Your Badge!

Please alway wear your personal, nominal conference badge. Access to the conference halls is strictly reserved to the conference delegates wearing the conference badge. For security reasons, access will be denied to anyone not wearing the conference badge. Hence, please, do not forget the badge at the hotel or anywhere else.

This policy will be strictly enforced for the whole conference duration and no exception will be made.
