Nutritional Health Supplements
That’s my opinion that everyone is getting enough nutrients in their diet and the nutritional health supplements are a waste of money. After playing competitive sports for many years, my belief is that women or men’s health supplements are just for athletes or bodybuilders. I was wrong! The health benefits of supplements for everyone and anyone who lead busy, stressful lives. Physically active or inactive, healthy or unhealthy we all can benefit from nutritional supplements herbal supplements or natural vitamins. I learned the hard way through personal experience.
I did not realize that proper nutrition can be difficult to achieve for many people. Healthy life is difficult when most people are not getting enough nutrients in their diet. For example, many who can not get the recommended daily allowance of fruits and vegetables every day. Forgetting nutritional supplements are no longer an option if we want the total nutrients. Unfortunately, the problem is bigger than I thought when you consider all the factors that come into play;
Many fresh foods are no longer fulfill their potential for optimal nutrition. In many cases they are growing in ground that has been cultivated over and picked before their prime so they are no more mature during transport to market.
* Vitamins and minerals can be lost during storage, preparation and cooking.
* The purchase and eat processed foods less nutritious it is common for many who do not have to shop and prepare food from ‘scratch’.
* During a busy week when we do the cooking, our food may not be varied enough to offer a variety of nutrients.
* We may not change our diet when we need to age. At our age we need a different nutritional supplements as we digest and absorb certain vitamins and minerals are different.

In my particular case my wife is more risky. Although, we have been eating healthy foods we do not realize the health benefits of supplements.
