The human body has some impressive self-healing features built in. Regardless of how your body is injured or worn, always will do our best to heal itself. Inbuilt system can work on with eating right, exercising etc part of our body that we are highly dependent on, without getting very much attention, is our eyes. their health can also be improved with the use of proper and regular exercise.
Because we use our eyes throughout the day, we rarely stop to think that we need to DO something with them in order to keep them in excellent condition. We realize that most of our physical aspect can be improved through training, but most of us completely ignore the importance of the strength of our eyes.
From our first day at school all our lives as adults we can do the job close vision such as reading and eying the computer monitor. Then in our spare time we repeat the same task – reading books, watching television and playing video games. Our eyes are constantly in use and saw some objects in nearby most of the time.
This is a problem, because our eyes are not too well equipped to continue to focus on something right in front of our noses – or in other words, we use a hard vision to use most of our vision center.
A stone-age man, which is the composition of biology and genetics will be very similar to our own, might have spent the better part of the day using a soft, or peripheral vision, looking into the distance and see the birds, trees, mountains, cloud formation, stars, animals, hunting etc. It can be difficult to compare yourself with the people in the stone age, but physiologically it is a valid comparison.
